Die gemütliche, komfortable und ruhige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss der Ferienresidenz Aquamarina. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Einbauküche, Essecke, Sitzgruppe mit Schlafcouch für 1 - 2 Personen, Laminat, Wandtresor, Kabel-LED-TV, DVD-Player, ein CD-Radio sowie ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Duschbad begrüßen Sie auf' s herzlichste.
 
Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind im Haus gegen Gebühr nutzbar.
Ein Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden. Ein PKW-Stellplatz (Nr. 10) befindet sich auf dem Grundstück.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen von zu Hause mitgebracht werden.
